Talking Positively - Would you need to recruit somebody who destroyed her previous employer? As the following and future boss, you may be worried about your own notoriety should ill will interfere with you and the recently recruited employee. Regardless of the amount you abhorred your old chief or detest your present manager, it is a BAD plan to let anybody talking with you think about it. Rather, attempt to place the circumstance in the most ideal light whenever squeezed and abstain from examining it if possible. Negativity can just damage you, so why go there?
